Dallas Museum of Art

This past week I was delighted to attend the Dallas Museum of Art for the first time in 15 years. When I was little, a trip to the DMA for a King Tut exhibit essentially made me who I am today. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of the closing time so we only had two hours to explore the FREE museum. While I may have had to speedrun a bit, I was still enamored with the beautiful collection at the DMA. The physical layout of the museum itself also hinders the efficiency of looking through the collection, at very few points in time did I understand where I was in the building and which direction to head. While I wish I could have spent all day oogling at the impressionist paintings or the ancient jewelry, I had a marvelous evening and recommend this FREE museum to all!
